We have just tested the Thounds app on iPhone OS 4.0 and it works like a charm.
Intall with confidence … ehrm, you will probably have to wait that OS goes public.
We have tested the app on a brand new iPad Wi-Fi 64GB and everything run smooth, hooray!
Now we’ve just started to edit the layout to get the most from the larger size of the new device, the wait won’t be long.

As of today, Thounds is also available as a SoundCloud app: by connecting your Thounds account to SoundCloud you will be able to export your recordings to the best music storage platform available today.
To connect your two accounts just visit your settings page on Thounds and click “Connect with SoundCloud” in the connections section:

Improvements with the new release:
- thound visibility settings (decide who can hear your recordings)
- share your thounds (or someone else’s) on twitter or send by email
- the metronome now starts before recording begins
- minor bug fixing

a quick message before leaving for the Christmas break, as we have just released a few new features:
- Share your thoundstrack just with a direct link, and also you can now decide whether to make your music available for everyone, for your contacts or just keep it for yourself.
Go to your library and click “edit info” on selected track, you will see these new features - Have you noticed a mobile phone over some avatar?
You guess it, those are the beta testers and they are uploading music with the iPhone application - Feedback tag: drop us your ideas and comments to improve our application, it’s on the right side of the screen
Still working on a major update due for early January, meanwhile hope you will enjoy these new small improvements.
